David Cannon joined Parsons Commercial Group, Inc. in early 2000 as the Controller for the PCG portfolio, corporate operations as well as third party management properties. With over 9 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Cannon is one of the firm’s most valuable assets.

As the Controller, David Cannon is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of nearly 2 million square feet of office, industrial, retail and medical space throughout the Suburban Boston markets.

He is also responsible for managing the budgeting process, business/strategic planning, cash management functions, as well as analyses for potential acquisitions.

Since joining the firm David Cannon has overseen the growth of the Property Accounting department from a staff of 1 to its current level of 5 whom he manages.

He has been directly involved in the acquisition and refinance of 21 properties totaling 1.2 million square feet.
