Marci Alvarado has been in commercial real estate brokerage since 1997, beginning her brokerage career with Cushman & Wakefield and then joining PCG in 2004. She focuses on brokerage activities including investment sales, leasing and consulting as both a tenant and owner’s representative throughout the Suburban Boston markets.

Ms. Alvarado’s multi-disciplined experience spans the major real estate sectors of office, industrial, research and development, manufacturing, medical, bio tech and development properties. She has completed well over $200 million in sales and leasing transactions during her career.
