Neil Flanigan brings over 21 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He has been an instrumental member of Parsons Commercial Group since 1994 as a trusted business advisor.

Mr. Flanigan focuses on the accounting, financial reporting and compliance functions for the PCG portfolio. He works closely with the Controller on the budgeting process, business/strategic planning as well as securing financing on proposed projects.

Neil is also responsible for the financial analysis of potential acquisitions including projected cash flow analysis.

He has been influential for the acquisition of 23 properties totaling 1.4 million square feet.
