Rick Putprush recently joined Parsons Commercial Group (PCG) as the Managing Director of Advisory Services. With over 27 years of real estate experience, ranging from leasing, to asset management and disposition of bank REO, to institutional investment sales, Rick adds a unique perspective and expertise to the firm. Prior to his affiliation with PCG, Rick was a Senior Director of Investment Sales at Cushman and Wakefield.

Rick’s focus will include Distressed Asset Advisory services and sales, where the collaboration of his complex transaction experience with the platform of established PCG service lines – property management, construction management, financial analysis, leasing, disposition, etc. – can provide commercial lenders, as well as corporate and institutional clients, with a full array of real estate services, from consulting to closing.

Over his career, Rick has been a part of nearly one billion dollars worth of real estate transactions, highlighted by his recognition by the Boston Commercial Brokers Association for the "Investment Sale of the Year" in 2002 for the sale of MetLife’s Boston Headquarters at 501 Boylston Street.
