BitWave Semiconductor Keeping its Corporate Headquarters

Lowell, MA - March 10, 2009 - BitWave Semiconductor has signed a 20,190-square-foot renewal, keeping its corporate headquarters at Cross Point Tower 3 in Lowell, MA.  The Cross Point office park at 900 Chelmsford Street consists of 1.2 million square feet of Class A office space in three buildings.
