Brown and Putprush Complete $2.2M Deal in Tyngsborough, MA

Tyngsborough, MA – January 6, 2012 – Parsons Commercial Group, Inc. (PCG) announced today the completion of the sale of 100 Business Park Drive, in Tyngsborough, Massachusetts for $2,200,000.  

Arlon I. Brown, Senior Vice President at Parsons Commercial Group, represented the seller, 100 Tyngsboro Business Park LLC. “100 Business Park Drive is a 42,751 square foot flex building which is divisible down to 2,700 square feet and suitable for various uses including warehouse, industrial, office and R&D.” “The flexibility of uses and sizes created value to the property,” noted Brown.  

Rick Putprush, Managing Director, also of Parsons Commercial Group, represented the buyer Enright LLC. “The buyer was looking for a solid real estate investment with some in-place income as well as significant upside. The property also included 20 acres of abutting business park zoned land within the Tyngsborough Business Park right off Exit 35 of Route 3,” commented Putprush.
