Brown of PCG Represents Contract Logix, Inc. in Chelmsford Lease

Chelmsford, MA – September 26, 2011 – Arlon I. Brown, SIOR and Senior Vice President at Parsons Commercial Group, Inc. (PCG), represented Contract Logix, Inc. in their recent office relocation.  

Contract Logix, Inc. is a software company that streamlines the contract management process. The company leased 3,300-SF at 248 Mill Road in Chelmsford, Massachusetts and is relocating from Nashua, New Hampshire. 

248 Mill Road is a 20,000-SF R&D building. “The space was delivered turn-key and the landlord was very cooperative,” commented Brown. 

“The company is moving to accommodate their growth needs.” added, Brown.
