Five-Building Office Portfolio Sells for $24.5 Million

Milford, MA - December 12, 2006 - A partnership between Hall Royce LLC and an affiliate of Strategic Capital Partners has purchased a five-building office portfolio in Milford from local owners for $24.5 million.

The portfolio comprises of four, two-story, Class A and B office buildings totaling 160,584 square feet in the Birchwood Office Park and a two-story, 42,000-square-foot office and medical building at 321 Fortune Boulevard. Tenants include SeraCare Life Sciences and Metrowest Medical Center.

Chris Devaux of Framingham, MA-based Parsons Commercial Group represented the undisclosed seller, and Marci Alvarado, also with Parsons Commercial Group, represented the buyer.
