George Weston Bakeries Renews 35,000-SF Lease

Franklin, MA - January 12, 2009 - George Weston Bakeries Inc., a commercial bakery, renewed its lease for 35,000 square feet of distribution and warehouse space at 40 Kenwood Circle in Franklin, MA.

The single-story, 120,000-square-foot flex building was built in 1998 and is in the Interstate 95 Corridor South Industrial submarket.

George Weston Bakeries, a subsidiary of the publicly-traded Canadian company George Weston Ltd. founded in 1882, distributes baked goods such as Entenmanns, Boboli, Thomas’, Arnold and Freihofer’s, with annual sales more than $30 billion.
