MA Association of Insurance Agents Relocating to 91 Cedar
Milford, MA - March 27, 2008 - Mar S. Maple Realty Trust sold 91 Cedar Street in Milford, MA, to Number One Insurance Agency Inc. for $3.06 million, or about $143 per square foot. Marci Alvarado of Parsons Commercial Group Inc. represented the buyer.
Built in 1990, the 21,400-square-foot flex building is 31% industrial and 68% office space. The building has ceiling heights of 21 feet, two loading docks, two drive-in bays and is on 3 acres.
The building will serve as the new headquarters for the Massachusetts Association of Insurance Agents.
