Matt Morgan Assists Vermont Pure Holdings

Southborough, MA - December 10, 2008 - Parsons Commercial Group has assisted in the negotiations of a 15,271 square foot lease at 155 Northboro Road.

Vermont Pure Holdings, Ltd. (VPH) leased the space from 100 Tech Realty Trust.

Matthew Morgan of Parsons Commercial Group (PCG), represented the tenant and Bob McGuire of CBRE -New England represented the landlord.

VPH was previously located at 104 Clematis Avenue in Waltham, Massachusetts. The site will be a new distribution center for Eastern Massachusetts.
