Morgan Completes 17,500 SF Lease for Brighton House Associates

Southborough, MA – February 3, 2010 - Matthew J. Morgan, Associate at Parsons Commercial Group Inc. (PCG), represented Brighton House Associates in a 17,571 square foot lease at 2 Park Central Drive in Southborough, Massachusetts.

"Brighton House Associates was looking for a location that could accommodate their growing number of employees from both a building and geographical standpoint," commented Morgan.

"2 Park Central satisfied those requirements with ownership that was able to act quickly and proficiently."

2 Park Central Drive is a 50,000 square foot office building in the heart of the Boroughs submarket at the intersection of Routes 9 and Interstate 495.

Brighton House Associates was founded in 2006 to improve the process by which funds were being marketed to investors. Since its launch, BHA has grown to service all segments of the alternative investment community.

Brighton House Associates will be relocating this month from Marlborough, Massachusetts.
