PCG Celebrates Groundbreaking with Construction Planners, Inc. and Maltz Sales Company in Foxborough, MA
Foxborough, MA – December 03, 2010 – Everyone braved the cold to celebrate the ground breaking of 67 Green Street in Foxborough, MA. The 6.87 acre property was recently purchased for $535,000, by Maltz Sales Company, a local distributor and light manufacturing company specializing in the sales of small pumps for industrial, medical and agricultural use. Richard Maltz, the President of Maltz Sales, who was represented by Matthew Morgan of Parsons Commercial Group, had been in search of the "the right property" to expand his business. "He needed a location that serviced his Massachusetts and Rhode Island customers," said Morgan. "67 Green Street was the perfect opportunity, located just off the interchange of Interstate 95 and Route 495." The seller, Jack Gamache, President of Construction Planners, Inc. out of East Weymouth, owned the land for several years. Earlier this year they hired Parsons Commercial Group to seek qualified buyers for the land and within one week, the property was under agreement. Construction Planners, Inc, a design/build firm was commissioned to construct a 30,000 square foot single story industrial building. The building will serve as new headquarters for Maltz Sales Company. Arlon Brown, SIOR, Senior Vice President of Parsons Commercial Group, who represented Construction Planners, notes, "This has been a great team effort with all parties involved, from the Town of Foxborough to the financing team at Eastern Bank."
