PCG Facilitates Sale of Retail Strip Center in Milford, MA

Milford, MA – July 2011 - Victor Galvani, Vice President at Parsons Commercial Group, Inc. (PCG) based in Framingham, Massachusetts, recently completed the sale of 178 East Main Street in Milford, MA for $820,000.

178 East Main Street is an 8,300 square foot multi-tenant retail property. The property is a well known retail strip center in the community as it is located at the intersection of two major routes (16 & 109). "The location, is a great advantage for the new ownership, and was one of the features that attracted the buyer," commented Galvani.

The buyer, First 178 Realty was represented by Eric Brosler of MetroWest Commercial.
