PCG Grabs Northborough Warehouse for $3.65M

Northborough, MA - August 08, 2008 - Parsons Commercial Group, a Framingham, MA-based commercial real estate company, acquired 35 Lyman Street in Northborough from Sandler Realty Corporation for $3.65 million, or $41 per square foot.

The 89,030-square-foot industrial warehouse was built in 1986 in The Boroughs Industrial submarket. The property features nine loading docks, seven drive-in bays and a clearance height of 28 feet.
