PCG Represents Vestcom New Century

Easton, MA - May 26, 2009 - Parsons Commercial Group, Inc. (PCG) represents Vestcom New Century in Easton, Massachusetts. Vestcom New Century, a leading provider of retail marketing and business communication services, has signed a 15,000-square foot lease at 5 Norfolk Avenue in the Easton Industrial Park.

Arlon Brown, Senior Vice President at PCG represented Vestcom New Century. "5 Norfolk Avenue was the perfect opportunity for Vestcom's expansion," said Brown.

The single-story, 20,000 square foot flex building was built in 1984 and is in the Route 495 South (Attleboro/New Bedford) industrial submarket.

The landlord, Atlantic Management Corporation provided the space with a turn-key build out for the new tenant.
