Marci Alvarado - Vice President
Marci has more than 12 years of commercial real estate
experience in the Boston Market and has worked on many
assignments with numerous local, regional and national
clients including Dell Computer, Federal Express and Pitney
Bowes. Prior to joining Parsons, Marci was with Cushman
& Wakefield for six and a half years. During the past
seven years, she has focused on sales and leasing of office
and industrial properties in the North Market area of
Massachusetts and will expand her territory to include

Jake joined Parsons Commercial Group in February of 2005.
Jake is a graduate of The School of Management with a Major in Marketing at Suffolk University,
Boston, Massachusetts. Growing up in Sudbury has given Jake a great jumpstart into the
Metro West Market. Jake concentrates on communities along Route 495 from the
Route 95 interchange to the Massachusetts Turnpike.

Victor’s primary focus is on communities located within the I-495 and I-95 belts and specializes in both tenant and
landlord representation for office, industrial, and retail space. As a Framingham native Victor has an in-depth knowledge
